Meet the Staff
Tzvi Raviv, Director of Israel Engagement.Tzvi comes to Rutgers from Israel, by way of Brandeis University, having just received his MBA in non-profit management from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management and his MA in Jewish professional leadership from the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program. Prior to that, Tzvi gained invaluable campus experience working for two years as the Israel Fellow/Shaliach at UC-Irvine Hillel, where he helped to create the Israel education and advocacy program that recently was recognized as a Center for IsraelExcellence by Hillel’s Schusterman International Center. Greg Yellin, Senior Birthright Engagement Associate Greg Yellin grew up in the great state of New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers with a degree in Judaic Studies and World Religions. After graduation he spent two years working for the Hillel at the University of Vermont as the engagement coordinator. When he isn’t at the gym, getting tan down the shore, or doing his laundry, Greg is probably on the road traveling or in the kitchen trying to become the next food network star. Lihi Rothschild, Jewish Agency Israel Fellow Lihi comes to Rutgers straight from Israel, after serving as an officer in the IDF and a meaningful career working for the Israeli government. Having received her Masters in Diplomacy and Security Studies from Tel Aviv University, Lihi is very excited to work with Rutgers students about all things Israel. Lihi’s ultimate mission is to strengthen the love and understanding of Israel in the hearts and minds of Rutgers students!
