“Real partners, Real Peace” initiative at Rutgers

In the last weeks, Rutgers Hillel Center for Israel Engagement (RHCIE) educated community members about the meaning of the Palestinian Unilateral Declaration of Independence (UDI). This info session included a power point presentation about the UDI, created by the RHCIE, followed by a Q&A session. This education program provided Rutgers pro-Israel students with the confidence to be ambassadors of Israel on the Rutgers campus.

On September 19^th and 20^th students tabled around campus as part of the Israel on Campus Coalition “Real partners, Real Peace” initiative, giving out flyers, t-shirts, and cupcakes with Israeli flags on top of them. During the tabling, the students asked their peers at Rutgers to sign the ICC's “Real Partners. Real Peace.” petition, collecting over 200 signatures (see video link).
